Complaint Period
otto schachner nordic commits to remedy defective goods due to errors in design, material, or manufacturing within a period of 12 months from the invoice date.
Such remedy is carried out at otto schachner nordic's choice by repair or replacement.
otto schachner nordic is also entitled, as an alternative to repair or replacement, to issue a credit note to the buyer for the original purchase amount of the delivered goods to fulfill the seller's obligation to remedy defects.
Complaint
It is the buyer's responsibility to examine the goods/delivery upon receipt.
Any complaint about defects and deficiencies must be received by otto schachner nordic no later than 8 days after delivery.
When making a complaint about products within the warranty period, a copy of the purchase invoice must be sent with all returned goods. If a copy of the invoice is not enclosed and not sent within 5 days, the item will be returned to the buyer.
Return of defective products
Always remember to include a completed complaint form when returning products. It shortens the processing time when we have complete information from the start.
