If you order before 2:00 PM, stock items will be shipped the same day.
When you order goods from otto schachner nordic, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided in our system once the order is entered. It will indicate when you can expect your goods. If there are any changes to the delivery time, an updated order confirmation will be sent.
As a rule, there are 12 pairs of gloves in a bundle. However, there are exceptions, so if you want to be completely sure, visit our website and look up the product - here you will see the packaging details.
At the bottom of the front page of our website, you will find a complaint form, which should be printed, filled out, and sent along. Remember to fill out all fields. Also read our sales and delivery terms.
Goods are only accepted for return after prior agreement with the sales department or the local consultant. It is a condition that goods are returned in original and undamaged packaging, that they were purchased within 3 months, and that they are current and salable.
